Qualified members receive VIP privileges and exclusive opportunities to network and connect with potential suppliers. Membership is carefully curated by the organizers who assign the membership.

The Buyer Club is a prestigious community tailored for R+T Asia’s most influential visitors, offering exceptional benefits and personalized services.
Membership is open to those who meet specific qualifications and can be secured by registering through the R+T Asia website. This exclusive club is designed for top-level decision-makers, including CEOs, owners, shareholders, board members, managers, professional buyers, business developers active in sun shading and door/gate industry.

No, it is not possible to transfer membership to another person.
Membership in the R+T Asia Buyer Club is evaluated annually and assigned individually for each edition of the event. While membership for one year does not exclude the possibility of extending it to future editions, it is not granted automatically and is subject to a separate evaluation process for each edition.
R+T Asia Buyer Club members enjoy the following exclusive benefits:
• A 3-night stay in a 5-star hotel near the venue (breakfast included).
• Dedicated check-in counter, pre-printed badges, a welcome gift, and VIP gate access to the show.
• Access to the exclusive Buyer Club Lounge, offering coffee, soft drinks, lunch sets, comfortable seating, and free Wi-Fi throughout the 3-day event.
• Participation in the Business Matching Event, where exhibitors present their offers in a speed-dating format based on Buyer Club members’ product interests.
• An invitation to the VIP International Party, providing an opportunity to network with industry peers and professionals like yourself.
The Buyer Club program offers a limited number of spots and is designed to include a diverse range of companies eligible for membership. Each company is entitled to have one professional receive complimentary accommodation at a 5-star hotel near the venue.
If more than one professional from the same company qualifies for membership, additional services will be evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair allocation and consideration.
Access to the Buyer Club Lounge is exclusively reserved for members with a special Hosted Buyer badge, which can be obtained at the entrance upon presenting your Buyer Club code and visitor registration ticket.
As a R+T Asia Buyer Club member, you can bring any event visitor as a companion into the lounge. The companion needs a valid event ticket for access and can only stay in the lounge with a member. A valid trade fair ticket must be presented for entry. The companion gets free access to the R+T Asia Buyer Club Lounge, including free use of catering (excluding lunch sets reserved only for Buyer Club members). Other Buyer Club benefits are reserved exclusively for club members.
The Buyer Club member can bring one person as a guest into the lounge. The requirement is that the person has their own admission ticket for the fair, which must be shown upon entry.
To enter the fair as a Buyer Club member, start by registering online as a regular visitor—registration is free of charge. Once your membership is approved, you will receive a Buyer Club code in your approval email. At the entrance to the show, visit the Buyer Club stand, present your Buyer Club code along with your visitor registration ticket, and you will be provided with a Hosted Buyer badge and a welcome package.
After online registration, your application will be reviewed according to the membership criteria. Upon meeting the criteria, you will receive your approval email including the individual Buyer Club code.
Your colleague can apply for membership by registering online for the R+T Asia Buyer Club 2025 before the registration deadline. However, if they miss the registration period, they will not be eligible for membership in the 2025 edition. Please note that requests for membership access on-site will not be accepted.
After the event, your colleague can register their interest for the R+T Asia Buyer Club 2026 to be considered for the next edition.
The Business Matching program is designed to facilitate networking and business opportunities during the show. It provides Buyer Club members with a quick overview of exhibitors offering products aligned with their interests. For exhibitors, it offers a chance to meet buyers and present their latest offerings in a convenient, time-efficient format.
The Business Matching program takes place on the first day of the show in the Buyer Club Lounge, which will be specially prepared for the occasion. The program lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Each Buyer Club member company will have an assigned spot (including seats and a desk) for short, structured meetings with exhibitors offering products identified as relevant during the online registration process.
Yes, as organizers of the trade fair and Buyer Club, we kindly request all approved Buyer Club members to attend the Business Matching program. This 1.5-hour session is designed to benefit both buyers and exhibitors, and its coordination requires a significant level of preparation. Therefore, your participation is essential to ensure its success during your visit to the show.
No, placing an order is not mandatory. The Business Matching program aims to build connections and foster discussions but does not require attendees to place any orders.
