Automatic participation in the Lucky Draw
Pre-register to attend R+T Asia 2026 for a chance to win a 3-night stay at a 4-star hotel near the exhibition venue, with the possibility of preferential access to the Buyer Club Program 2026.
The Lucky Draw is open to all individuals who complete their visitor registration for R+T Asia 2026 by February 28, 2026.
To enter the Lucky Draw, participants must successfully complete the visitor registration for R+T Asia 2026.
All eligible registrants will be automatically entered into the draw. No additional action is required.
Each selected winner will receive:
A 3-night accommodation in a 4-star hotel located near the exhibition venue during the show dates, and
An invitation with potential preferential access to the Buyer Club Program 2026.
*The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
A total of three (3) winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible registrants.
The draw will take place on March 1, 2026.
The winners will be announced in an upcoming R+T Asia e-newsletter, with the publication of:
Last name
Company name
Country
In addition, the R+T Asia team will contact each winner directly using the contact details provided during registration.
Winners must respond to the official notification within two (2) weeks of being contacted.
Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
By participating in the Lucky Draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
R+T Asia reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules.
