Cadex, the dedicated contract, design, and architecture hub at R+T Asia, has become a pivotal platform for cross-industry dialogue. This initiative fosters connections and offers businesses exposure within the wider construction, building materials, and interior design arenas.
Occupying over 600 sqm in Hall 5.2, cadex 2025 centers on "Return to Nature, Enjoy in Design," highlighting the strategic use of colors and materials to demonstrate design's transformative potential and its ability to improve life quality through innovative solutions.
As in previous years, cadex will host several key events: the A&D Conference, spotlighting emerging trends in architecture, interior, and product design; and Material Matters, a curated showcase by prominent designers featuring cutting-edge flooring materials.
The A&D Design Summit on May 26th, themed "Questing Delight and Well-being in Design," will feature leading interior designers presenting high-caliber projects, discussing advanced design ideas, and sharing their approaches to incorporating joy and well-being into their work.
The afternoon session, "She Designs: In Colorful Excellence," will highlight the distinct viewpoints of female designers.
On May 27th, the corporate design seminar, "Enjoy Design! For a Re-enchanted Space," will bring together material brands and top Chinese design professionals to connect advanced technology with innovative design concepts, exploring "joyful good design" and the creation of captivating spaces.
The afternoon forum, "Color & Material: How Personalized Colors Shape Unique Spatial Emotions," will focus on novel interdisciplinary integration practices.
